About

My mission is to close the gap between what teams want to build and what actually ships — by bringing clarity to complex decisions, structure to ambiguous problems, and honest thinking to every trade-off along the way.

My Story

I have spent the better part of two decades at the intersection of product, engineering, and strategy — working across energy, medical technology, and AI — and the same challenge keeps showing up: smart teams with good intentions, building the wrong thing, in the wrong order, without enough clarity on the risks until it is too late.

That experience — leading platform architecture at Philips, delivering complex medical devices to the market, building AI products, and training teams in structured product development — shaped how I think about what good product and architecture work actually looks like. Not perfect. Not over-engineered. Just clear, deliberate, and defensible.

I now bring that thinking to founders, product leaders, and technical teams who are moving fast and need a trusted thinking partner — someone who has been in the room where the hard calls get made, and can help you make them well.

Expertise

Product Strategy & Roadmapping - From defining KPIs and OKRs to securing stakeholder buy-in and shaping portfolios, I have led product decisions across hardware, software, and AI — at global scale and early-stage.

System Architecture - I design and review system architectures that balance near-term delivery with long-term scalability. My background spans complex electronics, battery platforms, medical devices, and AI/ML-based forecasting systems.

Delivery & Risk Management - End-to-end accountability for product delivery — including traceability, verification and validation, and compliance with medical device and risk management standards — has shaped how I approach delivery risk in any context.

Industry & Domain - I have worked across energy technology, medical devices, and AI products — giving me a cross-domain perspective that m

Research

My work is grounded in evidence and rigorous thinking. I have published research through IEEE on PV array optimisation and smart EV charging — early work that reflects a long-standing interest in systems thinking and data-driven decision making.

Peer Reviewed Scientific contributions

Matching PV array output with residential load by optimisation of array orientation

Using dedicated EV charging areas to resolve grid violations caused by renewable energy generation
